Good.

But time saved is not the outcome.

Ask:

What happened to the capacity?

Did cost fall?

Did service improve?

Did revenue increase?

Did risk reduce?

Did people move to higher-value work?

Did the business serve more customers?

Did a new capability become possible?

If the answer is unclear, the AI business case is incomplete.

AI creates capacity.

Leadership decides where the value goes.

The executive question:

What changed in the business because AI created the capacity?
